Powerflex PU-Fahrwerksbuchsen und Halterungen sind aus dem speziellen Material "Polyurethane" gefertigt. Die Komponenten dieser Black-Series sind aus strafferem/härterem Material, als die Buchsen in den bekannten Farben gelb und violett.

Sie sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig, damit stabiler, haltbarer und bedeutend langlebiger als herkömmliche Serien- und Gummibuchsen. Die Black-Series sind besonders für den Motorsport konzipiert, aber auch für den normalen Straßenverkehr problemlos nutzbar.

Die Straßenlage wird durch die straffere Auslegung erheblich verbessert. Ein großes Plus für Fahrstabilität und -Agilität, Sicherheit und Sportlichkeit. Die Buchsen und Halter gibt es für alle gängigen Fahrzeugmarken und Modelle für Vorder- u. Hinterachse, sowie Auspuffaufhängungsteile.

Teilweise wird auch benötigtes Montagematerial (Schrauben, Muttern, Unterlegscheiben etc.) mitgeliefert.

- These bushes are designed to fit genuine control arms. If non genuine arms are fitted and you find the stainless steel sleeve not to fit onto the wishbone,please contact us with dimensions of the wishbone pin as you will require modified sleeves.

PFF1-802 are designed to fit genuine Alfa control arms. If non genuine arms are fitted,the pin diameter at the back of the arm may be different. If this is the case,please contact your Powerflex distributor first.

PFF1-802 kit comes with different sized rings. Please select the correct ring depending on the rear bracket fitted.
Use the smaller ring (802b) with the aluminium bracket and 802c with the pressed steel bracket.
It is only possible to fit these bushes after removing the arms from the car.
For arms fitted with the pressed steel rear bracket,the rubber bush may need to be burned out using a blowtorch,firstly and then the bracket cleaned thoroughly to ensure a good surface. WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF LOCTITE 648 OR 848 TO SECURE CENTRE SLEEVE TO ARM
